British Farmers.

November 26, 2016

Our stunning British countryside,
the rolling hills and vales.
The woodlands and the orchards,
the soaring peaks and dales.

The patchwork fields of England,
the bleakness of the moors.
The flower farms in Cornwall,
these views are mine and yours.

The sweeping Brecon Beacons,
the valleys and the sea.
Snowdonia's mighty mountains,
are there for all to see.

The cider apple orchards,
the vales of fruit and flowers.
The footpaths and the country lanes,
where we can roam for hours.

The peaks and lakes and pathways,
the Scottish lochs and glens.
The wild offshore islands,
the flatness of the fens.

The emerald green of Ireland,
Our North, South, East and West.
The stunning coastal pathways,
we truly have the best.

Our farmers are the guardians,
of our green and pleasant land,
they work the fields and pastures,
and their future's in our hands.
